Hi, I have just stumbled across this website as I have today been notified that my position is AT RISK.
I have been given what I expect is the usual b*ll*cks from regional partner, but a meeting has been arranged for me to meet with said partner as well as someone from HR.
I have a shed load of questions (as you can imagine), however, I do not want to appear too emotional and I am hoping someone out there may be help to add some sanity to my situation.
I have only just joined this forum, like many on here I am sure. I would be grateful for any hints/tips.
Many thanks in advance

At Risk can't advise you what to do except check out the ACAS website, www.direct.gov.uk and google BERR. Some very useful tips on those sites. I think you must first of all ask what the criteria is they are going to use for redundancy. Good luck - there's a lot of us out there in the same boat!
