Hello
I have been working for one big company for last two years - at the moment i am on my notice. I am a temporary worker on a PAYE basis - and special condition on my contract was two weeks notice.
i have two questions which really bother me
First of all i was told that i should go on garden leave on friday evening by my agency via phone -so it is only verbal- but the company ( i have been taken of access to the ofice on friday evening) changed their opinion and hey want me to work notice period. Am i entitled to any time off?
secondly i am working there exactly two years- through the time i have my contract extended many times - but i still work for te same agency at the same post for the same employer- is there any chance i would be entitled to a redundancy pay?
they cant make up their mind and i am left confused and really intimidated by both sides as i havent been to work on monday understanding that i was on garden leave- thet threaten me with breaching contract rules
Please help
Regards
Agnieszka
