Hi there
I am due to be made redundant on Saturday 14 February, but my firm told me last week that I am being kept on. Since then I have spoken to personnel who say they don't know what is happening and I am now left in limbo as to what is happening. Can the legally do this or am I expected to show in for work on Monday.
A quick reply would be great.
