In relation to my earlier post and my "at risk" status.
I am being asked to provide cover for a colleague that is going on maternity leave. After this point unless I am redeployed I will be redundant.
I am not sure of the complications but I would imagine the company would have to be vey careful about making a pregant woman redundant.
I am a male so do I therefore have grounds that i am being selected over this pregnant woman? is this a form of discrimation?
