I was made redundant at the beginning of December last year along with 5 other members of staff.
I have just heard from a friend still at the company that they have recently employed 2 new members of staff, doing the same sort of job that I was doing.
Can they do this so soon after making me redundant?
There is also an issue over £200 un paid commission.
Oure commission structure was changed in July last year so we would get an extra £200 per month on top of our then existing structure for meeting our targets.
To cut a long story short I'm still owed this £200 but I haven't got anything in writing as everything was on my old company email.
