I am a ngihtclub manager and yesterday morning I was informed that my club had be leased to someone and that they palanned to manage it themselves , I was told that I would be getting redundancy yet I recieve a letter this morning stating the company isnt making me redundant but I would have to discuss this with new leasee

They also stated I was offered a chance to meet with this person and declined wihich is untrue as I was very helpfull in handover due to the fasct I care about all my staff and customers that use the club

I have worked for the company for just under 2 years and i am also entitled to 4 weeks holiday pay as well as a weeks arrears wages

Any advice would be gratefully recieved
