Hi
I am currently in a consultation period with my employer with a termination date on 22 April .
I believe that my employer has been unfair on the selection criteria that they have used on redundancy.
I just read from another message board that any employment trbunal claim can be raised only after writing a grievence letter giving 28 days notice to the employer.
can i do this within my consultation period or should i wait till my redundancy notice is served which is on 22nd april .
My employer threathens that i will not get the enhanced redundancy package if i dont sign the compromise agreement before end of march. can they do this ?
Thanks
