Redundancy where insolvent but Tupe If a firm is made insolvent or goes into administration, and another firm offers to buy certain stores and retain staff, are they still entitled to redundancy as the original company never actually made effort to find replacement jobs. They passed it on to the administrators who were just finding companies to buy the stores in order to get money back.

No you aren't. If you are TUPE'd over then you are TUPE'd over. No redundancy.
