I am about to be made redundant, and I will be paid for 12 days of unused holiday entitlement. However I also have a company car which I am entitled to use for personal use, and it is obviously taxed as a benefit in kind.
Am I entitled to keep the car (or payment in lieu) for the additional 12 days as if I were simply on holiday, or should the car be returned on my last 'working day'?

Ah - wrote one answer and re-read the question! This is the second one! No. You are being paid for accrued and untaken holiday - this is after the termination of your employment, and therefore not "notice".
