Unhappy Pay offs?!?

My job has recently been put at risk. I have a 13week consultation period and then a 3month notice period. I am currently looking for work.

Colleagues doing the same job as me have been able to negotiate a pay deal with a healthy financial package by threatening management with a tribunal (its all who you know and not what you know!!).

I am aware of several things that my employer has done that would breach the employment law act 1996. My question really is now a precedent has been set and my work colleagues have got a deal? Am I entitled to the same deal? Are employers expected to offer the same package to all? or do I have to start making threats as well??

It seems massively unfair that those who make alot of noise and make threats can get away with leaving the company now. Whereas muggins here has to sit at work with nothing to do and I will probably walk away with a minimal pay deal.

Any help or advice would be grateful?!
