Default valid reasons for tirbunal claim ?

I was made redundant this year and am about to complete an ET1. I'm a union member and they have asked me to complete the form ~(without much help or advice). I have 3 issues to my claim and wanted to know if I can include all 3 on the form ?
My claim is based on meaningless consultation as our CEO made it publically obvious at a team meeting (prior to any consultation) that it was just my post alone being immediately deleted from the team. The deletion was confirmed in an email as well. I was not given reasons for just my post to be removed, other than financial. Because of how this was handled I did not have the opportunity to put forward any counter proposal.
The second part is that as I personally saved the company over £60,000 last year in procurement i do not feel financial savings is the reason I was selected as I actually would have 'saved' the company money.
The third part is that I feel I was selected on grounds on discrimination for my disability caused by a work related injury. I was treated differently in many ways from other staff and feel this is why I was selected for redundancy due to long sick leave.
Can I include all the above on one ET1 form ? Can you tell me if the above seems like good enough reasons to go to tribunal ?

    many thanks

The second one is entirely irrelevant and not grounds for a claim. The first and third may be grounds, but the reason for any disability is also not relevant - only whether you are.But the union should be doing the ET1, not you - their staff are legally trained and have access to lawyers to make sure that the claim is solid. Why are they not helping you?

Many thanks for the quick reply. The uinion (Unison) always seem to be so busy to help me, they've told mt complete the ET1 and send it but also send them a copy. As I'm not really sure the best way to do this I was going to send the union a draft of the ET1 for them to check. I realise I may not receive much compensation (if any) as I was paid my contractual redundancy pay but that doesn't change the poor way I feel I was treated after 10 years loyal service. I'm going to attempt to proceed to tribunal (on points 1 & 3 ) and will try to get as much help from Unison as I can as I'm still a paid member after all. I do have witnesses regarding my issues raised so maybe that will help me.

    thanks again
