Returned to work on phased basis after long term illness, now made redundant and told I will be working out of another office, full time, for my full notice period 11 weeks.
Are they allowed to ask me to work full time. Fitness note does not have date ending phased hours
Colleague only asked to work 1 out of her 5 weeks notice - shouldn't they be treating us the same, discrimination?
If I refuse to work full time are they allowed to say they will only pay me pro rota for my notice period?
