Hi I wonder if someone can help. I was TUPE transferred a few years ago and now face redundancy. My current employer has a redundancy package which is twice that which my previous employer provides.
I have been told that my years service and conditions were transferred to my new employer and the redundancy I will receive will be based upon my previous employers terms.
Is this correct or do I come under my new employers terms as I am now employed by them

Yes that is correct. Your old terms apply until they are changed formally. They have not been changed, so your old employers terms are the ones that apply.
