I have received notice that I have been made redundant and am currently working out a 3 month notice period. I have applied for a more senior position in the organisation and may be invited for an interview. However, since I applied my personal situation has changed (I am thinking of moving countries) and I'm unsure if I want to stay within the organisation.
On the outside possbility that I'm offered an interview / the position and I choose not to accept the role would this be construed as 'unreasonable'? Would I lose any notice period that I don't work? I haven't been with the organisation long enough to be entitled to statutory redundancy.
Many thanks
