Default Payment Query - Made redundant whilst off sick

Should notice pay be full pay or just SSP according to statutory regulations if you ago off sick with a doctor's note for two months during the consultation period with 3 years completed service?

Thank you for your message although I am sorry to hear about your possible redundancy.

Can you confirm if you are entitled to a notice period (contractual) which is greater than the statutory minimum notice period? The amount of notice will normally be set out in your contract with your employer or you may have been told during consultation.

If you have been continuously employed for 3 years, statutory notice would be 3 years - one week for each complete year (up to a maximum of 12)

As soon as I hear back from you, I can answer your question.
