Hi people.
If you are made redundant, what rights do you have if you sign the waiver form when you get your redundancy cheque.
Only asking as it seems you are over a barrel and you need the money, but if you think you have been unfairly selected or treated what could you do afterwards?
Thanks

Hi
Can you give me some more information about the 'waiver form' your Employer has requested you sign after accepting a redundancy payment?
Can you specify what the form/clause states?
I look forward to your reply.Clara Buckingham
