Rights to Company Car during Notice Period

I have a company car and use of fuel card..... does the use of these two things carry on until my last day or do i have to give up either before i leave...?

If you are working out your notice period you are still employed and are therefore are entitled to the same rights and benefits during the notice period, as were enjoyed prior to the notice period. This includes use of your company car. This should be set out in your contract of employment.
