Reinstated on appeal, now new redundancy notice!

My employer made me redundant - but failed to follow almost all the correct points of procedure.

I appealed, and they reinstated me on appeal on Monday 29th Dec.

On Wed 31st Dec, they sent me a letter telling me that I'm at risk of redundancy.

Is this allowable? Are they potentially digging any holes that I might exploit in appealing the redundancy, or in leveraging them to a compromise agreement?

Can anyone give me an answer on this please?
