My role of online marketing executive was at the risk of redundancy in July 2010. the position of online marketing exec was made redundant and Iwas offered an alternative position of E-Commerce Manager (which i was interviewed for) and which i accepted. Although this happened i have never been given a contract for the new position and continued to use my old title. I have now been told the position of online marketing exec is at risk again. Is this correct?
I did bring up with the Managing Director that I don’t have a contract for my new position which no longer exists and was made redundant, can i made redundant from the same position twice?
Please help i have a consultation at 4pm today?

Sorry - despite apperanaces, we don't "live here"!
But yes, you can be made redundant from the new role. It is good practice to issue new documents - but the fact that you have been doing the job means there is a contract.
