i have worked for a Ltd company since 16 april 2006. the first year i was self employed then after the first year, and to date i have been on the books. ( the company deduct tax and ins from my wage. i have all my wage slips from 16 april 2006 . i have usually worked 20 hrs or less
it is a franchise dog grooming company/ the dog grommers are refusing to pay the monthly fee of £300 each, so myself and the only other employee are being given notice, for the reason there is no money to pay our wages where do i stand please regarding redundancy pay,
