Hi, i an new here so any information you can provide will be much appriciated, i have been searching google for ages but cant seem to find an answer.
I am due to be maded redundant on 10/09/2010, but i am currently on sick leave until the 13/09/2010, i have been receiving SSP which with my company is full pay for 28 weeks, then 85% of salary for a further five years paid via income protection insurance. I have been told that on the 10/09/2010 i will get my redundancy pay and notice (12 weeks) in lieu. My question is will the notice pay be full pay or the basic UK SSP (£80)?
I have been working for the company for 3 years and on the 13/09/2010 i will have been off sick for 24 weeks.
Thanks
