tupe no protection a service is passing from one provider to another. the new provider has eto reasons to move roles out of the uk. on transfer we would be at risk. transferring would only provide srp. they have stated minimal relocation opportunities and none local. the present company will provide enhanced payment. this is not voluntary confirmed with the dwp. two issues first i feel tupe is protecting employers rather than employees as in reality only the contract rights transfer and are protected, until made redundant. second there may be mortgage ppi issues if taking enhanced as not completing the process of tupe.

I too feel that TUPE is not fully protecting employees, please see my prevoius post in this forum. They are getting away with redundancy payments by way of TUPE transfer and down turning the work to new company!!!!!!!!
