hi i wonder if anyone can answer this question for me
at work we are coming up for redundancy i have had my figures but i dont think they are right
here is my situation
we were asked to go onto nightshift 12 months or so ago which we did ,the company then added a 33% premium to our monthly wage for working the nightshift,12 months down the line we are being made redundant and the company is saying that they arent paying the nightshift premium on our redundacy,i would like to know were we stand?
the company are offering a £1000 severance payment on top of any redundancy
