I am being made redundant and am going for an interview for another job role within the same company. However the HR department have advised that if I am offered this job it will effectively be treated as if I was a brand new starter within the Company
Could anyone advise if I have any rights to carry over length of service etc for holiday entitlement and any future redundancy calculations
Also Does the 4 week trial period for both myself and the employer apply in this case i.e. where they have not offered me redeployment but I have applied for an alternative job within the company
Any help really appreciated
Thanks Sheila
