I wonder if someone could help us. My Wife has recently been made redundant from the company we both worked for. She started maternity leave 2 weeks ago. Before which she used all her 20 days holiday, as she would otherwise loose it. Now she has been made redundant she owes the company for 10 days! Is this really fair? Usually she would not have used days she had yet to accrue but because of the situation she did'nt really have another choice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as i can't find any info elsewhere, cheers.
