Hi everyone i joined this forum to hopefull get some help to a frustrating situation i am in.
I have 2 kids and am currently working 24 hours a week, the company i work for wants to change these to 15 and change my job title.
I have asked for a 30 days noticed of the proposed change, which they said they will get back to me about.if i dont take the 15 hours they are going to offer me redundancy.
The problem is that the 7 hours i have lost they are employing someone else to do, is the company legally allowed to do this? And what would my best options be.
Regards
Dean
