Yesterday my Sales Director called and told me I was to be made redundant in 2 weeks time.I'm 10 weeks pregnant and i think he has wind of it. He's on his way to the office as we speak and I am not sure of the legality of all this and I have some questions that I could do with assistance with.

1. Do they have to give me more notice than this? i.e. at risk letter or consultation period. (there is no redundancy procedure in the company hand book and I have been with the company 2 years.)

2. I have just found out they have taken all administration rights off of me which seems to me that they have already made the decision. Is this normal procedure?

3. Do they have to offer me alternative employment within the company?

4. Does there have to be a representitive from HR have to be present in the meeting this afternoon?

5. The call he made yesterday to me basically said that I had no choice in this matter, this call was recorded am I within my rights to ask for a copy of this call?
