I've had a feeling for some time that my manager has been trying to get rid of me. They've been following my attendance which until now has been no worse than anybody else in my team.

This week I was delayed in spain by the volcanic ash from Iceland volcano and hence will have lost 3 days work before I return to work tomorrow.

Can I lose my job over this? If they do sack me, can you suggest what I do next?
