Hi ,
I am currently in the middle of a consultancy period and have had my initial consultation . There is a follow up meeting scheduled for next week to discuss revising my role etc. However I have clear evidence that the selection was unfair as not all the relevant employees were included in the pool . ( an employee who performs a similar role to me was told of the redundancies in advance and has been offered an alternative role already and has not been part of the redundancy process). Is it best that I make my employee aware that I have a grievance at this stage or wait until the end of the consultancy period and use the info in an appeal against my redundancy?
Thank you

Do it now before anything is definite, then they have a chance to put things right without having to reverse any decisions. Even if they take no notice you can still include it in an appeal as well.
