Hello.

I'm really annoyed with my company over my redundancy and lack of communication.
We had a consultation period in April 09 and was due to be made redundant in October 09. When October came, we never had any further confirmation or letter we were leaving.
In September 09 i applied to take on a different role as a trial period instead of redundancy. This role was completley different but i enjoyed it. However i feel i no longer want to work for the company as its not the same anymore and i can't enjoy the environment since what happened with the redundancy.
I have now been offered another role with a new company and i'm going to accept it.
However, the role in my current company which was only recruited for in November is due to be made redundant in April 10 aswell.
Surely they can't do this? Imagine if i had wanted to stay, only to have found out that i would be made redundant again from the second role and be put through all the trauma all over again.
