Return to work from ML accepted, although at risk of redundancy

Return to work from ML accepted, although at risk of redundancy I am currently on ML and at risk of redundancy. Work have agreed to my return to work two weeks earlier than originally agreed. How can this be if Iam at risk of redundancy? What is my job and T&C's? etc Will Regulation 10 still apply if I return to work?
