    Default benifits after voluntary redundancy

I have been notified by my employer that i am being considered for redundancy and have been asked if i would volunteer, i am happy to do so but would like to know if that would affect any benifits that i might be able to claim ie job seekers allowance if i were to volunteer.

    Default level of benefits

Not sure on the benefit position, judging from my own experiences last year you should be entitled, afterall what happens if you dont take voluntary redundancy?

the one thing I do remember about voluntary is that it did affect my loan protection
i.e it would not pay out. but that was 6 years back. things may have changed.
hope you get sorted- good luck
