Hi, I'd really like anyone's help on this.

I joined the company as a recruitment administrator, even though I had the experience of a more senior person. It was a conscious decision - they new that I didn't want the stresses and strains of a more senior position. I accepted the role on this basis. After 6 months I have been told that due to company changes, my position is to be made redundant. I am being offered another more senior position (with no extra money), that has high, and in my opinion, unrealistic targets. If i do not accept, i shall be made redundant. BUT they are advertising for my replacement as a recruitment administrator??

I feel I am being constructively dismissed here? Are they allowed to do this?

Please help - its driving me crazy!
