I am in the consultation period at them moment, my job is at risk of being made redundant, I have done the work that my role requires me to do and the excess work that comes with the role they are handing over to another person in the company.

During the consultation period it has been said that i can contact my employer with any suggestions: I have sent the following e-mail, please could anyone advise on my situation. The letter sent to me was not dated, bad admin skills I feel.

My reply to the letter:

Hi Vicki/Emma

Within the letter sent to me yesterday it mentions that I could
contact you regarding any suggestions regarding the current situation.

1) I could go part-time reducing hours, thus taking on the excess work
you say that will be given to the Travel administrator in Israel.

2) Job share with Noa Benji (Noa Benji is the admin in Israel)

I will be going to get some free legal advice during the week in case
there is anything else I could possibly do to save my job, this is
only for my piece of mind.
