My position has been identified as 'at risk' after the completion of a matrix chart.
I had the initial consultation meeting today where I raised a concern over points manipulation.
I was informed that the matrix was initially scored by two managers who I have worked with for almost 5 years, this sounds fine, I was then told that the matrix was sent off to the company directors two of which are new due to a recent company merger.
I feel that the directors of the other company involved in the merger do not know me as an individual and are not qualified to mark a matrix.
I would like to know if the matrix after marking (by 2 managers) can then be sent onto a series of directors for mark changes?
Thanks in advance,
John
