I wonder if someone can help with this:
I have submitted a claim for constructive dismissal and discrimination before I resigned. Is it possible to ask ET for permission to amend this, limit the first claim to discrimination only and also submit another one for constructive dismissal and link the two as they are connected? Is this likely to be granted? Thank you
