father in law was told yesterday that he was being laid off. No time scale. Has been on 3 day week for 5 months with monday and friday off. Not been paid for bank holidays because the employer said he would not have been working them anyway due to being laid off. Not been getting minimum wage because they said he was paid weekly and not hourly. Laid off yesterday and was told he would be paid up to the end of this month. They signed the company van over to him and said they would contact him if they required any work doing. Has anyone got any advice please.
