Hopefully someone can help!!!
I had a final consultation last Thursday and was told previously that all figures would be confirmed in this meeting-well nothing was confirmed in writing in the meeting and I was given no paperwork to confirm that I would be made redundant at the end of our consultation. was told it would be sent in the post but have still received nothing. Surley they are unable to send this in the post??

On previous meetings I had receieved a quote with figures and to say notice period would start on the 1st October but surely they are unable to start my notice period without telling me in writing that I was being made reduundant at the end of the 30 day consulatation.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated as the company are useless!!!
