Disciplinary Points deducted I am at risk of redundancy and have been given a score which includes as disciplinary deduction of points , I got the disciplinary a few months ago , I was not happy about it but as they come off in 6 months I did not contest it - now it could mean I am redundant and I think my manager may have done this to get rid of me what can I do - can I appeal the position now or is it too late as I did not appeal at the time - they seem intent on sticking to the scoring.
