just wondering anyone can help at with my very complicated situation .
need to know whether i have rights and who can i talk to ?

work for a gear cutting(engineering company) 5 employees
boss basically told us about 6 years ago that he included us in his will in the event of him dying .
he passed away 4 years ago and we all received letters to state that we were cancelled out the will due to a later will he had written with codacills cancelling us out after it had gone through court (all complicated stuff).there are now as i believe 25 beneficiarys of the company but after 4 whole years the whole situation still has not been sorted out with arguments within the work and the situation of not knowing if and when i am going to lose my job .
i have been with the company for 14 years and enjoy the work i do but i feel i am being pushed out ,not supported in anyway and the company is being wound down which is really hurtfull especially with the fact i have my first child on the way with my partner within 2 weeks along with a 75.000 mortgage to pay for as well as baby and partner .
the situation as it stands from my eyes is as follows :
small company :5 employees
2 over the age of 62 (no mortgages)with 1 being director who ignores all problems and arguments and brushes them to one side and with both continually bring up the quicker it closes the better comments .
1 employee (long term sick) and unlikely to come back has previously stated wants redundancy .
1 other employee slightly older than myself with few financial commitments would happily want the work to carry on but is getting upset with negative effort from the others
myself biggest commitments along with first child on the way .
over the course of the 4 years the company has been slowly declining and losing money with no effort whatsoever made by the director or works manager to try and stem the decline or look for work at all giving the excuse we are in a recession other than the fact they have not bothered because the attitude has long been (why should i bother? we wont be here much longer ) but still we are here ???? and because of their inability and very unproffesional attitude its got to the point where we have only 90.000 in the account and redundancy figure is around 60.000 and we are losing 10.000 plus a month .
its rumoured that they are writing threatening letters to the execitors of the will and shareholders to state what mess the company is in in order for them to make a decision in shutting the place down and paying us our redundancy . a situation which would never had arised if the director and works manager had pulled them selves together and carried out the their roles and dutys properly !
i cant afford to lose my job as yet due to my current posistion and feel i am being treated wholly unfairly in it all .
do i have rights as an employee and can i write my own letter to the shareholders etc and state how the company is and how it has been run into the ground by unproffesionals or will i just cause unrest and more damage ??
from a beneficiary point of view if i were one of those partys then i would not want to shut it down and have to pay all that redundancy out along with the fact the company is tied down to a 12 year remaining lease .
