i was made redundant while pregnant, offered a lower paid position wich i had to take or lose all my maternity leve but was told i could opt for redundncy when i returned if new job doesnt suit me. now i asked for redundancy they say i am not owed it but are willing to offer a compromise agreement.
i gave my 1 month notice in on june 21st - was on maternity leave due to return july 14th. paid only to july 13th. been offered exgratia payment and told to sign compromise agreement. so far not recieved it. how long shold i wait. its now 2 weeks since end of my notice period and should i have been paid for last week of notice, they told me not to come in for it and how long is acceptable or legal to wait for copromise agreement to be sent to me
