Employees rights if company shut but not insolvent WE have been made redundant from a small limited company (which has no assets) that has closed down but not gone into insolvency (even though the director is claiming this in emails) etc it has registered to be struck off from companies house. We were given no notice or redundancy payments. Are we able to claim anything more than the basic redundancy payment from the government. All 3 employees are in the middle of lenghy tribunals just to get to this point. Any help or questions would be appreciated
