I have had confirmation of my acceptance for Voluntary redundancy and I have also been given a leave date. One of the other employees in my department has just handed in their notice and another girl in the same pool as received notification that they might retract her VR as a result.
I am worried as this may happen to me in the near future and I would like to know whether an employer can retract a confirmed acceptance of VR?
Thanks

Can your employer retract your confirmed acceptance of VR?

Hi
Sorry I am a little confused by your question.
If your employer has served you with formal notice of termination it cannot be withdrawn unilaterally, but only by agreement with you.
I hope this helps.Clara Buckingham
