I have been an employee for a company for 25 years, however 6 weeks ago we were told the business was to be shut down and we would all be out of work. We were informed we could claim for notice and redundancy payments to the receiver.
This week we have been told that a new company is taking over the business and I have been offered my old job back starting next week
If I take the new position would I be entitled to claim for redundancy or indeed a claim for the period I was out of work.
Many thanks for reading.
