Hi, My company told me (and many others in my department) I am to be made redundant but will not give me an actual date. We have been told many times when we are likely to be told the redundancy dates but nothing has been officially said to us.

Initially the redundancy dates should have been confirmed in June 2009. This moved to September 2009, March 2010 and now looks to be much further on than this (probably end of 2010).

Are the company within their rights to tell us we are being made redundant and then delaying and delaying when they will confirm the redundancy dates.
