Advice about interview process We are making 22 people redundant, and have advised our employees of the interview panel who will conduct interviews. One of the employees is not happy that one of the interviewers apparently had a relationship with one of the people he will be interviewing. He is threatening to claim for constructive unfair dismissal if he is made redundant and the other employee is not. Does he have a legitimate grievance? Thanks in advance
