    Default Announcement

Announcing tomorrow to the affected employees that my work have lost a large contract and the potential job losses in the business. Is it ok to mention the potential areas affected there and then at this group meeting or should this be covered in the individual meetings next week?

It is fairest to give people as much information as possible, but making it clear what you may not yet be certain of. If the contract has been won by someone else, be aware that TUPE may apply to staff.
