I am about to start a redundancy consultation process for 10 people. One of them is going on holiday for 6 weeks. I can start the consulation process before he goes away, but do I have to wait to finish the consualtion process until he gets back (he is going to america) - this will delay things for everybody else. Or can I finish off the consulataion process with him by email or telehone whilst he is on holiday ?
