We have a business that is to stop trading shortly (1 week)
3 employees will have to stop work as there will not be any job for them
what (if any) proceedures must I carry out for the redundancy of these staff members? The company will remain live, just not trading.
I have other companies (totally separate LTD entities) that I may offer a single position to one staff member but this I'm sure falls outside the "find a position within the company if possible" guidelines.
Any help appreciated.
thanks
Derek.
