We operate out of several sites in the london area with the same activities happening at each site - and the same roles at each site.

At one of the sites we have significantly diminished work and need to lose a role from a group of 4 all in the same role at the same site.

The question is do we have to include in the poolk those in the same role at other sites even though those sites are functioning to capacity?

And if so how does that work when the gap needs to be at the originally identified sire as thats the one which has less customers?
